What are the advantages of the Pesio bicycle carrier?

What are the disadvantages of the Pesio bicycle carrier?
The Pesio bike carrier has a standard t-adapter attachment and no u-brackets. As a result, the standard supplied mounting set cannot be used to mount on steel roof racks, because steel roof racks do not have a t-slot. U-brackets to mount the Pesio on steel roof racks can be ordered as an option (see relevant products below).
