Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our shipping policy is as follows:

• Bicycles: Delivery within 5 to 8 working days.
• Parts and accessories: Delivery within 1 to 2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

All orders are shipped via reputable carriers and you will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the size of your order.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At TwoWheelers.nl we do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can follow the following policy:

• Returns: You have the right to return a product within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Exchange: Do you want to exchange a product? Contact our customer service within 14 days.
• Costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Returns can be registered via our customer service. After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
